In order to achieve transformation and upgrading, to make progress in stability and create the situation of sustainable development, we shall focus on key project construction to cultivate new brands and comprehensively improve the ability of operation and construction.
Major project is the symbolic brand of our Group, therefore, we shall take great efforts and investment to develop them. In the new year, we shall closely hold a number of major projects under construction including Xinxiang-Shanxi Expressway to make progress.Highlight major project financing and focus on resolving the bottleneck of construction funds.It is necessary to further strengthen project planning, improve the capability and level of project planning. The decision-making level of the Group has assigned main leadership force to be specialized in the investment and financing of the major projects under construction. The relevant engineering bureaus and subsidiaries involved shall make joint efforts. All projects under construction shall be analyzed. On this basis, we will develop a financing plan and financial management plan that are suitable for each project; we shall take pains to visit the ministries, provincial departments and banks to ensure that the project construction funds are put in place.Highlight second operation of project and enhance the effectiveness of project.As personnel in Zhonggang Group, we can ignore football, but we shall be proficient in the second operation that related to our profit. Second operation is the continuation of pre-bid operation. It is necessary to establish a second operation system centering on economic benefits. It is an important measure for enterprise to take refined management and cope with increasingly fierce market competition, a key work to meet the growth of enterprises and long-term development as well as an important means to improve core competitiveness. It is said that first operation is to grasp the task, while the second operation is to grasp the benefits. This year, the engineering departments shall take the lead in grasping the second operation, guide and manage all engineering bureaus, subsidiaries and project departments to consciously carry out the second operation. With project management as the platform and based on the good external environment and atmosphere as well as the research on contract terms, we shall grasp and utilize the opportunity of the adjustment about the bill of quantity, material price difference, as well as the changes and claims during construction process to increase project income and improve project profitability.
